Turf Removal Program
Take advantage of The Municipal Water District of Orange County's (MWDOC) Turf Removal Program which provides financial incentives to qualifying residents, HOAs, and businesses that remove live turf from their properties and replace it with California Friendly/native plants and/or other permeable materials. Currently, the incentive is at $2.00 (or more) per square foot of turf removed (while funding lasts).
